• Experience no tube, pipe or boiler failures.
• Pay no more than $30 per year for treatment chemicals.
• Know whether system chemistries meet protective standards.
• Demand that corrosion rates be less than 0.1 mil per year.
• Expect systems to last as long as the buildings they serve.
